The purpose of the Partnership Learning Week is to provide participants from business, education and the community with insight in what happens in a region in northern part of Norway. The week of travel, site visits and discussions provided an opportunity to explore in depth some of the partnership strategies applied in this region.
The International Partnership Network (IPN) has earlier organized very successful Partnership Learning Weeks in South Africa in August 2003 and in South India in October 2005.
